Once a password has been reset or documents have been deleted, all records of the previous information captured on the documents has been removed from your account. We are unable to recover the documents. Documents need to to be regenerated and shared with the landlord or listing agent again for them to have viewing permissions of the documents.

If you are prompted to recreate the same documents within a 48 hour period, please email support@zumper.com if you are prompted to pay the same fee to generate and share documents and we will credit your account so that you won’t be charged twice.
