Zumper works with a third party data provider to provide national criminal and national eviction reports with every screening report shared through our system. These reports are comprehensive of all publicly reported information about an individual's record.

These reports do not include employment verification or reference checks.

If an applicant needs to dispute any information on their report, please have them contact us at support@zumper.com. These disputes can take up to 30-60 days to reach full resolution.
